- The admittance of any animals must always be authorised by the Management.
- Upon check-in dogs must be accompanied by an adult, equipped with a microchip, and provided with the appropriate health card or European passport with up-to-date vaccinations.
- Access to the facility is not permitted for female dogs in heat, to dogs who are ill, aggressive or aged less than three months.
- The opening hours of Tiliguerta Dog Beach and Dog Pool are displayed at the entrance to the facilities. Users are required to observe the opening hours as set out above, as well as the additional rules specified in these Regulations.
- Outside their rental property and/or pitch, the dog pool and dog beach, dogs must always be kept on a leash and, in case of aggressive dogs, must also be muzzled. The Management and its representatives reserve the right to request that the dog be kept on a leash even in areas where it could otherwise roam freely. The Management may revoke access for owners whose animal, due to temperament, behavior, or dangerousness, causes disturbance to the tranquility of the Dog Beach, Dog Pool, other common areas, or public safety.
- Management will provide three free biodegradable bags a day to dog owners for collecting excrements.
- Dogs must be accompanied outside the premises for their needs which must be immediately removed with a bag and scoop.
- Dogs are allowed inside all public commercial activities, with the exception of the market, common restroom facilities, and the guest pool, where entry is strictly prohibited for animals.
- It is strictly forbidden to shower dogs inside the accommodations, toilets or at the showers located near the beach. The facility is equipped with a dedicated shower, and a specific dog-wash tub has been provided for guests free of charge in the Dog Pool area. To allow all dog owners to use the tub, washing activities must not exceed 30 minutes, and the cleaning products used must be specifically designed for dogs. Outside the designated tub, the use of soaps, shampoos, and similar products, especially near the beach, is not allowed.
- It is obligatory to take care when using any equipment rented from the Dog Beach and Dog Pool.
- Owners of dogs must take precautions to ensure that their pet does not enter the pitch or accommodation of others.
- Noisy dogs that growl or bark will not be admitted to the campsite.
- Dog owners are responsible for any damages caused by their animals to property and/or individuals, including the gardens of accommodations or common public green areas. The Management reserves the right to seek compensation from the owner or caretaker of the dog for such damages.
- Animals are allowed in limited numbers, i.e. maximum 2 dogs per unit.
- Dogs must never be left unattended but rather be constantly guarded. Even whilst swimming or if leaving the Dog Beach or Dog Pool for a brief time, the owner must ensure the presence of another person for the relevant supervision.
- In the Dog Beach, Dog Pool and all common areas, it is prohibited to leave any type of waste on the ground and to introduce motorized vehicles and/or bicycles.
- Breeds of dogs and animals deemed dangerous or reported as such by the competent authorities may be removed from the Camping Village at the discretion of Management.
- Management reserves the right to remove without notice any person failing to comply with the Regulation for Dogs.
