Dining at Tiliguerta is one of our strengths. We use simple, locally sourced ingredients, often from within a few kilometers, allowing you to discover the authentic flavors of the region. Our chefs prepare dishes inspired by Sardinian tradition and international cuisine to satisfy every palate. The restaurant menu also includes a range of gluten-free dishes, as well as options tailored for vegetarians and vegans. Our freshly baked pizzas are made with organic flours and certified natural yeast, ensuring an authentic taste.

You can choose from our daily specials, à la carte menu, or indulge in typical Sardinian dinners featuring land or sea dishes that change weekly. We pay special attention to children’s nutrition, ensuring it’s not only tasty but also healthy. For instance, our hamburgers are made with Chianina beef, and instead of frying, our chips are baked!

For those planning day trips to the sea or inland, we offer packed lunches. If you prefer a vacation without the hassle of cooking but want the privacy of your accommodation, you can opt for our delivery service with home delivery. Alternatively, you can request convenient Bed and Breakfast, half-board, or full-board packages for both adults and children when making your reservation. The restaurant service is guaranteed from June 2024.

B&B – Breakfast

We love to start your day right at our Piazzetta degli Ulivi, overlooking the pool. For guests opting for Bed and Breakfast, half-board, or full-board packages, you can choose from a rich buffet inspired by both local and international breakfast traditions. Our buffet offers a variety of hot and cold dishes, sweet and savory treats. For those who prefer made-to-order options, such as eggs, bacon, or similar dishes, we pay special attention to the variety and freshness of the ingredients.

Half Board

We offer a flexible dining option where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast from our Breakfast menu and a five-course à la carte dinner served at the restaurant. The dinner includes appetizer, first course, main course with a side dish, and dessert, accompanied by coffee, water, and house wine. On special evenings, such as the typical Sardinian dinner or the ‘Tomohawk’ night, you can opt for the special event menu without any extra charge, foregoing the à la carte menu. We also provide a dedicated menu for children.

Full Board

This option is designed for those who want to focus on relaxation and enjoyment during their vacation. It includes a hearty breakfast of your choice from our Breakfast menu, dinner as described in the Half-board package, and lunch, which varies daily. Lunch consists of a single dish, either a typical Sardinian or Italian cuisine option, always accompanied by a small salad, fruit, water, house wine, and coffee. Children have a dedicated menu tailored to their preferences.


Our bar culture harmonizes with products from organic farming, emphasizing the short supply chain – from producer to consumer – to offer fresh and genuine beverages and food. In the morning, we serve breakfast with croissants, brioche, fresh fruit, cappuccinos, and coffee. Later in the morning and before dinner, we offer typical Sardinian aperitifs, cocktails, snacks, artisanal and packaged ice creams. The bar is open 7 days a week from 7:30 AM to 12:00 AM.


For those who enjoy cooking in their accommodation or on their camper van’s veranda during the vacation, we have a well-stocked market offering organic, fresh, local, and high-quality products. You can find seasonal fruits, cheeses, eggs, vegetables, olive oil, meat, fish, jams, honey, wines, and artisanal desserts. We also offer gluten-free products, and upon request, items for those with specific intolerances.
