01 ELICRISO
Not just an accommodation, but a wellness oasis. Helichrysum, a widely spread aromatic herb in Sardinia with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, releases its essence through dried flowers hanging from the ceiling alongside small handmade natural soaps. The golden yellow color of the fabrics makes this bungalow particularly cheerful and warm, especially in the early morning and at sunset.
03 ROSMARINO
Rosemary, an aromatic plant with aphrodisiac, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties, also used in the kitchen to flavor many dishes, grows wild at Tiliguerta and welcomes guests with its fragrance. In this green-themed accommodation, small sachets filled with flakes of natural soap, sprigs, and dried rosemary leaves are suspended from the ceiling, providing a pleasant scent throughout the space.
13 VERMENTINO
One of the most famous Sardinian wines, Vermentino, with its straw-yellow color and available both still and sparkling, is honored here. This color is reflected in the fabrics, materials, and accessories used in the bungalow. In the center of the room, a suspended ceramic sculpture reminiscent of “sonazzos”, the bells worn by the Mamuthones, typical masks of the Mamoiada Carnival during the famous parades.
15 CANNONAU
The rich colors of this full-bodied red wine, typical of Sardinia, have been reproduced in this accommodation dedicated to wine enthusiasts. In the bedroom, a unique silk tapestry hangs, created through splashes and bottoms of Cannonau glasses. A sculpture replicating “sonazzos,” the bells worn by the Mamuthones during carnival parades, is featured in the center of the room.
22 FREEDOM
An ode to the sense of freedom one feels when flying physically or even just in thought. Dreamcatchers made with colorful authentic Japanese origami, delicate ceramic birds, pearl grey pillows decorated with strips of precious brocade, a tapestry above the double bed that seems carved between the fabric and refined Japanese papers: objects that make this one of the most elegant accommodations at Tiliguerta.
24 MARE
The sensation of entering a colorful marine space. That’s what we wanted to convey with this bungalow overlooking the sea, where colors and accessories evoke the wonderful depths of the Capo Ferrato oasis. An explosion of colors that begins in the living room, continues in the bathroom, and ends in the bedroom with a handmade tapestry depicting an underwater scene.
26 HEMINGWAY
This bungalow, one of the closest to the beach, is dedicated to one of the most prestigious and well-known writers in maritime literature: Ernest Hemingway. Some books by this author are available in various languages inside the accommodation. The colors of blue and white are complemented by delicate furnishings and fabrics reminiscent of the sea and the beach, places dear to Hemingway himself.
28 MELVILLE
Turquoise and white are the predominant colors of this bungalow inspired by a significant author: Herman Melville, whose masterpiece Moby Dick can be found here in various versions. The wooden headboard of the bed, handmade, resembles boards weathered and shaped by the sea. Small natural soaps shaped like shells, lighthouses, boats, and fish are hung on twigs that the sea has brought back to the beach.
30 TRIBE
This accommodation is made with authentic bamboo cone hats and a handmade women’s headdress from one of the Intha tribes of Inle Lake in Myanmar. Burlap curtains interwoven with thin colored satin ribbons and a tapestry made from Sardinian fabrics and jewelry from northern Sudan and Southeast Asia give this accommodation an exotic and refined touch at the same time.
32 NOMADISM_2
In Sardinian agropastoral culture, shepherds used to leave pumpkin jugs filled with water or wine in the crevices of the countryside so other shepherds could quench their thirst during transhumance. We have reproduced these jugs with a ceramic sculpture. Ochre, tobacco, and cream colors, combined with materials like rope, leather, and handmade fabrics, aim to pay homage to ancient Sardinian traditions.
34 HONEYMOON_1
This accommodation is dedicated to honeymooning couples but also to those seeking a vacation away from daily routines. A romantic bungalow without being overly sweet. Many colorful hearts, handmade, are suspended from the ceiling, tied with velvet and brocade ribbons. Cardinal red, white, and gold are the predominant colors of one of Tiliguerta’s most secluded and quiet accommodations.
36 HONEYMOON_2
Honeymoon: for those in love, but also for those looking to rekindle a feeling in the tranquility and relaxation of authentic nature. In the evening, in the distance, you can hear the sea waves while comfortably lying in your gazebo. Inside, you’ll find many ceramic and fabric hearts, all different, hanging on the wall of the living room. Dark red, gold brocade, and cream are the predominant colors.
NO TV
“BUT HOW… A 4-STAR CAMPSITE AND NO TV?”
Some of our guests may have thought that over the years. Yes, because at Tiliguerta there is absolutely no trace of a television, except in the restaurant and bar. It’s a choice we made right from the beginning because we wanted to create an ideal place where, after daily rushes and the stress accumulated throughout the year, one could ‘unplug’ to relax by listening to the constant chirping of birds or fostering a more authentic connection with our fellow guests.
