CARLA VERGA
Born and raised in Como, Carla received her diploma at the Milan School of Ayurvedic Medicine, “Ayurvedic Point”, the title of her thesis being, “Ayurvedic Treatment: receptive instrument of the whole interior”.
Carla works alongside Yoga and actively collaborates with the Associazione Culturale So’ham where she holds seminars on the diffusion of Ayurvedic science.
Through tuition from Alida Dal Degan, Carla proposes the wandering monks’ treatments of Ayurvedic art and science.
She is furthering her knowledge of Ayurvedic treatment techniques and natural beauty with Kandeephan Joythimayananda, teacher of Ayurveda, and Abyangam who is known at international level.
The naturalness of Tiliguerta constitutes the perfect environment for her treatments.

Slows down the ageing process and works on the immune system. It is used for joint pain and tissue tone, and is beneficial to sleep.

Helps the body with the elimination of toxins, tiredness caused by toxin accumulation, retention and swelling, and blood and lymphatic stagnation.
3. Invigorating

Invigorates and rejuvenates, improves circulation and feeds the tissue.
4. Body Treatment with dust

Has a purifying effect, helps to reduce cellulite, improves skin quality by softening it, relieves the sensation of itching and restores perspiration balance.
5. Peeling with biological products

This is a natural peeling but is also a deep treatment with nutritive and smoothing properties which stimulates oxygenation.
